This is something I've been slowly working on. This is probably the most-expensive 6E character I've made (so far), and the rest of the pantheon will be scaled accordingly (Luna will be around 1,900 points, and the other six Avatars will all be around 1,000-1,200 points). I am looking for feedback on the design, if you think she needs wargear (armor, helm, shield, spear?), if you would want a little more background text and so on. I intend to look at The Ultimate Mystic and guys like Skarn the Shaper for ideas on how to flesh out the 'fluff' text. SO far, I have Celestia done (as you see here), Luna mostly done, and Applejack. The rest are mostly notes and base power builds (although everyone's characteristics are finalized). If you want to see more, I can post that too.

Background/History: The greatest and most powerful member of the pantheon, Celestia tends to the day-to-day activities of her Court, ensuring everything is operating as it should. Thus, she tends to range far and wide across her domain, speaking with the many Avatars and Patrons, and keeping a ready eye out for any trouble. She also takes time to watch over the mortal world, seeking out heroes who might be worthy of her (or one of the Avatar’s) attention and assistance. When not abroad, Celestia can be found in her palace (said to be located behind the sun), sitting in judgement over cases of law and justice that have been brought before her.
Personality/Motivation: For all of her power, Celestia is an amazingly patient and even mild-mannered goddess. Is some ways, she takes after after the sun itself, having a open and warm personality. She’s even said to be a bit of a prankster, and is known to poke fun at the more stuffy members of her court, as well as occasionally sneak out of her palace to enjoy a quiet moment or two alone (usually in an isolated hot spring or the like.) That said, she does take her duties seriously, and strives to be honest and fair in all of her decisions. Since the sun falls upon good and evil, the high and the low, the beautiful and the horrid equally, Celestia prefers not to judge any of her children (i.e. the Avatars and Patrons) and treats them equally well, regardless of their reputation in the mortal realms.
Quote:
Powers/Tactics: As the goddess of the sun, Celestia commands the domains of heat and light. Among her primary powers is the ability to cast searing bolts of concentrated sunlight, produce blinding flashes of light, dispel nearly any darkness, bring the sun’s light to any area, and to use the warm rays of the sun to heal those around her. She can also lift great weights simply by concentrating on the object to be moved, and can, at will, spread forth great wings of light that will allow her to take to the air and fly at speeds great than most any bird. In addition, she possesses all the powers of a member of the Celestial court, just magnified to a degree fitting her rank and stature.
In battle, Celestia prefers to user her Blast of Pure Sunlight to cut down major foes, while she will use her Solar Brilliance power to blind massed troops. Her Celestial Command Over Light And Heat Power Pool will be used to augment her Blast of Pure Sunlight, adding such Advantages of Area Of Effect, Armor Piercing, or Autofire. She will also use her Power Pool to create protective fields of light, making either near solid barriers and walls, or a protective field around her body, augmenting her own impressive defenses.
Campaign Use:
Appearance: Standing seven-and-a-half feet in height, Celestia is an imposing figure, with a flawless, long-legged and statuesque physique. Her eyes are purple, while her long, flowing—and near floor-length—hair tends to ripple in an unseen solar wind. Celestia’s hair is one of her most striking features, as it changes colors constantly, displaying all of the hues of the aurora borealis. Blue, green, greenish-yellow, purple, red, violet, and yellowish shades are all possible. As one might expect from the goddess of the sun, Celestia’s skin is a light golden-tan, and is often in sharp contrast to her pure-white clothing and gold ornamentation.
As fitting her rank and station, Celestia tends to dress in long white robes and gowns. She also tends to wear such items as a crown (or tiara), necklaces, brackets, rings, and a broad belt, all of which are often adorned with highly polished gems.
