The action is the loud thing with that. I guess you just add in the ability of Shotguns to take suppressors now.

Its still really, really loud (about the same decibel level of a jackhammer) just not as ear blastingly loud as a normal shotgun.

That's why the word "silencer" is a misnomer. The proper name is "suppressor;" it doesn't make things silent, it makes them slightly quieter and makes it harder to spot where the shooter is. It can protect from ear damage, but unless its a subsonic round from a very small caliber like a .22 its still very loud.
