I'm not running or playing right now (haven't, not since, um, a really long time)...but I am so very tempted to start a 250-point, fourth edition, set in the 1980s game. Because nostalgia. Also, I figure as a lawyer that I've learned lots of rules and if I can avoid learning new ones, I will.

I'd play! I've still got my 4th edition books.

I think this is definitely happening! Besides you, Chris, I have my husband and two other folks who want in. Four PCs is my favorite group size, especially to start. At this point, I'm thinking: 1986. Cataclysmic event of some sort. Powers start to emerge. Players will make 100 point skilled normals... And I will make up the powers, which will get discovered the hard way. I've played this setup, but never ran one like it. At least that I recall.
