The banner ads are here. Terms of service for our board provider explicitly prohibit using adblock software, but I have no way of detecting or enforcing it. If the ads are causing you any problems, let me know via PM.

I disabled Ad-Bloc for this site. I got a smallish white space above the forums now, but no ads. JavaScript is enabled here too, so I'm kind of at a loss what to do next. If you care to trouble shoot this, I'm willing to try some stuff.

I'm more worried about whether the presence of the ads are affecting your ability to view the site or are causing crashes, errors, etc. Sometimes it takes a minute or two for the ads to show up, but I honestly don't care whether they do or not.

Ad-blocker disabled for this site; small ads at top, small ad at bottom. Nothing obnoxious yet.
So long as a sites ads are SFW (no Evony or League of Angels or any of that crap), and do not do auto-play audio, video, pop-ups, or block the screen, I'm all for it.

I, too, have opened myself to ads under the same conditions as kravenkor. However, I will open scripting for no man!
No, seriously though, I'm just way too paranoid about it to open scripts globally. They say in their Ts&Cs "PROBOARDS HAS NOT REVIEWED, AND CANNOT REVIEW OR CONTROL, ALL OF THE MATERIAL, INCLUDING COMPUTER SOFTWARE OR OTHER GOODS OR SERVICES, MADE AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES. ACCORDINGLY, PROBOARDS DOES NOT REPRESENT, WARRANT OR ENDORSE ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE, OR THE ACCURACY, CURRENCY, CONTENT, FITNESS, LAWFULNESS OR QUALITY OF THE INFORMATION MATERIAL, GOODS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES. PROBOARDS DISCLAIMS, AND YOU AGREE TO ASSUME, ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER HARM, WHETHER TO YOU OR TO THIRD PARTIES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES." So, if no-one is going to review it for malicious code, then I feel my due diligence is to not run any scripts their advertisers try to push.

Oh yeah scripts are blocked globally with exceptions only for sites I have reviewed and need scripting to work (and then I use IE or Chrome with no addons.)
