Spider Woman is build as a Weapons Master, but her weapons are biological in nature with a spider theme. The Captain Marvel comics have made her a friend of Carol Danvers, but the first time they met was in an Avengers annual. Spider Woman caught Carol after Rogue stole her powers and tossed her off the Golden Gate Bridge.

Spider-Man was one of the difficult Superheros to build due to his power set and abilities. Spidey is tough to build, he's really expensive but not enormously powerful. He's a great mid-range hero who can be effective in almost any fight but isn't Thor level. Its just he gets an awful lot out of his few actual powers, and is extremely difficult to hit and super fast. In Hero terms, that's going to be very expensive.

Spider-Man has an edge in DEX and Missile Deflection to defend himself again Thor's EB. Thor has an Edge in CON, PD, REC, END, and STUN. With his Stretching (Web Shooters) Spider-Man can delivery HTH Combat Damage 4 inches away from Thor, But Thor can hit Spider-Man in a half move in combat. Both Thor and Spider-Man deliver a 10d6 HTH attack, but Thor would take less damage with his 25 rD vs. Spider-Man's 16 PD. Thor also have an EB VSFX [Hammer/Lighting] which means he can attack with an EB 8d6 against Energy Defense (Lightning) which Spider-Man has at 14 ED. Spider-Man can use his Missile Deflection to defend himself but that might let Thor get into HTH range.

I created these Characteristics Templates several years ago and then have made building Superheroes and Villains a lot easier. I have created Characteristics for both Male and Female Archetypes. Males have in general more STR, CON, BODY, RED, and STUN, and better PD but less ED. Females have more DEX, and EGO, and better PD and ED at an equal level. All Archetypes with the exception of Bricks and Speedsters take the Normal Characteristics Maxima
Bricks have the highest STR, CON, PD, ED, REC, and STUN. They have the least DEX of all Archetypes.
Speedsters have the highest DEX and SPD.
Patriots are those characters whose characteristics are close to human perfection. The Female Patriot pays 48 Points for 23 DEX instead of 39 Points because they take the Normal Characteristics Maxima, raising the last 3 DEX from 9 to 18 Points.
Energy Projectors, Metamorphs, and Powered Armor all have higher INT, REC, and END.
Gadgeteers, Mentalist, and Mystics have the highest EGO to reflect their use of Mental Powers. Gadgeteers often uses devices that simulate mental Powers. For the Mystic, Mental Illusion is used to simulate magic.
Martial Artist and Weapons Masters have Higher INT, PER, PD, and ED.

I would probably give women equal CON and more INT, not because girls are smarter but because INT in Hero is mostly memory and perception, which women seem slightly better at on average than men.

I'm thinking Men have more CON because the have more body mass then women. As far as INT goes I think Superheroes (and Villains) are all pretty sharp, Men and Women at the Superhero level are what the Marvel Encyclopedia would classify as "Olympic Level Athlete", both at the peak of body and mind. These builds are just Standard Archetypes, and can be modified anyway you like, which I have done myself in my builds of better known heroes. I'll be putting up Power Templates later on which also had made building characters much easier. The hard part is coming up with standard skills templates.

While Characteristics Templates are fairly easy to create based on Archetype, Power Templates must take a few things in mind. One is the types of Environments a Superhero can operate in. Ground, Sea, Air, and Space are the primary environments we can find superheroes,with things like Tunneling, Extra-Dimensional Movement, and FTL Travel being all being somewhat rare or secondary.
For Air, Flight is the primary mode of movement, and a single Power Template can cover it for Energy Projectors, Mentalist, and Mystics

For Ground Level Superheroes, Running and Leaping are the primary modes of movement.

The Extra STR is added because unlike Flying Heroes Ground based heroes get into HTH Combat more often. The Max Running for someone with Normal Characteristics Maxima is 10", but Running in the Multipower doesn't count against that limit.
Sea going Superheroes require Life Support, and Enhanced Senses to operate Underwater. The least expensive but most effective is UV Sight. Because of the increased costs of Life Support and Enhanced Senses this type of Superhero gets a single ranged or mental attack.

This is the Golden Age version of Hawkman, build as a flying weapons master. His EB is his crossbow, and the Entangle is the nets he carries around. The STR in the Multipower can be considered the effects of his Nth Metal wings countering gravity. His Invisibility is just a super level form of Stealth, Shadowing, and Security System. Invisibility to Radio Sense group means he's invisible to radar!
