be honest. Once a week? Every fortnight? Once a month?
i role play once a week (on Sunday's) except for the last couple of weekends, because of Holiday and birthday commitments.
i got a sneaking feels nag in the pit of my stomach that their is much less Hero System gaming then looks apparent on the forums...

These days? Never do any more. The whole gaming group got old and life gets in the way, and now I don't have the energy I used to.

That sucks, but it does not surprise me...
Off topic, but when are you going to release an actual campaign background for your fantasy line?

Its coming out slowly. I have 2 more books - the field guide and treasury, then I will start to do campaign stuff like a player's handbook and GM guide type and more info on the world. The long term plan is to have it all established then create the more specific things to the campaign so people can use the books on their own or with the world of Jolrhos. The thing is, I have a basic history and some small areas detailed, but not much beyond a broad geographical sketch of the world because I've never needed to know every part. I just made up the bits as it went along, so there's a lot of "there be dragons here" areas on the map.

We RPG 3 out of 4 Sunday's a month. I have done most of the GMing but someone in the group recently stepped up and took over for a while. I have been having fun playing a character and not being the GM.

Our group has been together for going-on 7 years now. We try to get together once a month, but it probably averages about 8 times a year.

Since May of 2016 it's been on average about every three weeks or so. It's been D&D 5e, though once we've played through the Starter Set I'm going to run at least a short Champions campaign.

Every other week, Wednesday night... Secret Worlds using Hero. I'm also in a 5th Ed game just to be nice, because I really don't like it at all.
Though up until the past six months, I'd found it difficult to game much do to work and life. I'd say that I went from 25 years of weekly gaming to very sporadic to none over the last decade, with the past six months seeing a resurgence.

Nowhere near as often as I'd like. After a long hiatus, I've joined a former coworkers's D&D5 game on Roll20. Of course, he's moving, so that's on hiatus for a bit too...

We try to meet every Thursday night and Saturday. We're usually pretty solid but August is pretty lean. My group's fairly small so its easier I suppose. My players are best friend, My eldest daughter and two of her best friends plus my son when he's home from college( where he runs his own campaign). HERO system of course.
I feel really lucky to game so often these days.

My big group has gone to once every two weeks but two my son's group plus my best friend game every Friday night. I like smaller groups better anyway so I'm good. The Friday night group is small enough I can fix dinner for them

For about five months I've been in a bi-weekly Champions game.

It's odd... I run an allegedly-weekly game about an hour from here. It's more of an "every two-to-five weeks" thing. I ran a biweekly that concluded not too long ago. My monthly broke up a couple of months back owing to the death of two twenty-four year veterans of the group. I was running a weekly session for a youth group during the summer, and _thought_ that had broken up, but they've taken to showing up on my doorstep on Sundays just to play. Holidays and such, so I haven't seen them in a couple of weeks. I don't know what to call that except "irregularly." Congrats on the bi-weekly fix, Chris!

Good to be here! I've tried to join now and again, but it finally worked out (the software really hates my outdated Safari ).
