I've always dug the soourcebook/adventure combo. DC Heroes did a string of them that were great. I remember the Wonder Woman one, but didn't care for it much. What are the others? The Superman and Batman sourcebooks had no adventures in them.

I'd go with the Campaigns with adventures.

I would love more material on cities myself, including historical settings.
I also love time travel, outer space, and extradimensional adventures and would love to see more modules to that effect.

For me, the interest is in extra-dimensional themed adventures like the crossover Champions had with Silver Age Sentinels in the "Reality Storm" book when it was in active print several years ago. A few months ago I ran Champions at a game convention where the attending guests used pre-generated characters and bounced around both the Marvel and DC Universe while trying to stop a villain who was inadvertently hopping dimensions due to an accident/"attempted tech theft gone wrong" comparable to the TV show Quantum Leap. The scenario adventure was extremely well-received.
Also, having previously owned Silver Age Sentinels at one point, the base set of superheroes provided did seem a bit more powerful than their Champions counterparts.
