What kind of Champions adventures would you be interested in

My Champions campaign is extremely episodic. I also run Silver Age. So adventures I can pretty much run right off the page would be perfect. An adventure that takes 2 to 4 sessions to finish would be 'long' in my Champions campaign.

Sounds like fun...is it set in the Silver Age or do you just mean it takes place now but has a Silver Age tone?

Bronze age doesn't really have a distinctive tone, other than "superheroes that don't bristle with guns and slaughter their enemies" I guess.

Yeah, I like creating my own stuff. Sometimes it's way easier to use a published setting. Both from a player familiarity POV and from a "I don't want to write up a bajillion NPC's" Point of view. The Champions Universe is a very Marvel Universe Homage, so it's pretty easy for most players to get a handle on.

While I am not sure that I will ever use Empress in one of my games, it is a fun read and can spark ideas for adventures using the same themes in the book. Book of the Machine and Book of the Destroyer are actually more useful as I have used both Villains in my Games. Same as the Champions Villians volumes.

Players tend to pick up sourcebook material. Some players use villain writeups as a basis for building PC's of their own. City books give more immersion for players who are in a particular city. So they tend to sell much better than Adventures.

I liked both Kingdom of Champions and Champions of the North for the same reason, lots of interesting background material and adventure concepts keyed for the area. I would love to see a Champions Down Under book about Australia too, although in my campaign Australia was taken over by Menton.

Books about cities that exist would be interesting as well, with data about locations, key figures, events, history, and especially weird and interesting areas and events that lend themselves to adventure ideas. Here's New York City, every year they have a brides festival with women dressing up for a bit sale on wedding gowns and materials. Wait til you see the old sealed off subway tunnels!

I've used the timelines some in the past, especially the Golden Age Champions ones. Historical settings kind of need them for context and keeping events straight.

Champions of the North was pretty good. I would've loved to have seen something like "South of the Border Champions" covering at least Mexico and maybe the rest of Latin America and/or the Caribbean. I keep thinking about running a "Campiones de Justicia" campaign set in Mexico City. Obviously I hope one PC will be a luchador in the vein of Santo or Blue Demon.

I personally find Golden Age stuff has been overdone, at least the published stuff. And riddled with cliches. So tired of patriotic Captain America knockoffs. Same is true of a lot of Silver Age stuff. I can enjoy it if there's a fresh take on it, but that seldom seems to be the case. I think it stems from an overreliance on emulation of the original comics and overreliance on the supposed " archetypes" (especially in M&M products, no so much in Champions).
